HASSLE-FREE RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Pinksalt Swimwear which is why we offer returns on all FULL PRICED items for exchange, store credit or refund, provided the following:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery;
  • The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons;
  • The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned OR exchanged unless the item is faulty; and
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are wanting to exchange items, please contact our website chatbot to ensure we have your size in stock.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
  1. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Pinksalt Swimwear will not accept any items returned damaged or have been worn in any way;
  2. Ship your item (in the original packaging) to the address provided on your order slip (inserted with your order) via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit;
  3. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: Include your packing slip in the return parcel so we know who you are to refund your order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE?

  1. Contact us via our website chatbot so we can check if your size is in stock and put it aside for you;
  2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Pinksalt Swimwear will not accept any items returned damaged or have been worn in any way;
  3. Ship your item (in the original packaging) to the address provided on your order slip (inserted with your order) via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit;
  4. Once we receive your return, we will send you the exchanged item.
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY OR MISSING ITEM
  • Please email ipinksaltswim@outlook.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. 
  • Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.
